On my ele, I always have pain inverter and in harder Monking areas like Ferndale, I get Finish him. If there are lots of enemies, I just echo and arcance echo Ebon Vanguard Assassin Support.

i disagree. even with one person at r5 56x2 damage every 3 seconds, with a knockdown is still good.

not when u fight a bunch of mesmer/rangers/water eles together..which slow you down and drain you all your energy..before you ever reach them ... especialy naturally in HM... every prof with 20-25 energy is there quick no ursan anymore ...or has no energy at all anymore to use ursan when the rangers shout with their arrows you away 10 energy.. the mesmer blow you away with energy burn/wave energy too...and eles slwing you down..so that it takes for you much longer as ursan to reach them..so that u don#t make enough damage quick to keep ur also degeneratin energy up

ursan has its strenghts..but it has also its great weaknesses

Imo Pain Inverter is one of the best skills..its the best counter skill in PvE versus anything..that can hit very quick and hard multiple targets

1) "i am unstoppable" as i play a melee character, the extra armor without any negative points are pretty handy.
2) brawling headbutt: when you have FGJ or you can allmost spam it
3) "you move like a dwarf" : good knock down, decent dmg and cripple, too bad 10 energy is pretty high as i play warrior

I gave "Finish Him!" a shot this weekend, man that's fun. Just waiting until 50% and WHAM! he's dead

It now has a space on my bar.

I've been running with interrupts alot lately and I get pissed when I drop PI on a target and their AOE gets interrupted.

Nooo. It was specifically started to discuss everything but ... that. It actually has been helpful in focusing on what skills to take and ranks to raise, so hopefully you won't delete it.

Dwarven Stability, every Warriro and/or Ranger should use this, of course it has the drawback of being and enchantment and thus can be removed. But come on, up to 40 secs of Whirling Defense? How can you pass that up.

Great Dwarf Armor, +24 armor, +60 max health, perfectly sets aside the side effects of a Sup Rune.

Haven't "Delved" to far into the other skills yet cause I don't PvE much

"I am Unstoppable" a definate plus on a my warrior. Had some fun with the Summon Djinn in the Ascalon areas. Definate place in my bar for Pain Inverter depending on the enemy / situation (not so Great Destroyer lol)

My favorites:

Sneak Attack - Blind, quick recharge, what is not to like about this skill.

Great Dwarf weapon - Make you smash good.

Ebon battle standard of Honor - Also works on direct dmg spells

"I am unstoppable" - Depends on the situation too, but when anti-knockdown is useful I love this skill.

Pain inverter and Ebon Vanguard Assassin have been staples since i got each of them.

I am unstoppable and Finish him have seen light use... I should really play with some of the others...

Ebon Vanguard Assassin and both Ebon Vanguard Standards are my fav ATM. Pain Inverter and "You move like a Dwarf" are next.
